The kids had no school today. Got the house tidied up, kitchen much cleaner. Took the kids to parent/teacher conferences, got home and did some more remodeling on the master bath, took the kids to the dentist (no cavities!), went to Kmart after (on the spur of the moment), and decided to get flu shots for all of us except Will (egg allergies). Morgan had the hardest time and threw a tantrum (huge), screamed, slobbered, scratched, thrashed all over the place. I finally said we were going home and told her no halloween for her. She calmed down, and said she'd get the shot. After more screaming she finally did it! I was very proud of her. Amberlyn and Miles didn't even cry. Very brave. Hurried and got icecream at DQ after, and then hurried home, put Miles Tae Kwon Do uniform in the dryer, and headed to his gold belt testing before it got completely dry. He did fantastic!
